Our lab is in Petroupoli, western Athens — easy to reach from Peristeri, Ilion and Aigaleo. If you're anywhere else in Attica, we come to you: on-site visits cover the whole Athens area, from Glyfada to Kifisia to Piraeus.

Not in Athens at all? Most software issues are solved remotely, over a secure screen-sharing session — anywhere in Greece.

Do you provide Mac support in English?
Yes. Thanasis, our founder, works comfortably in English — email, phone or in person. Many of our clients are expats, remote workers and visitors based in Athens.
How much does Mac repair cost in Athens?
Troubleshooting and support starts at €60. macOS installation or upgrade from €80, on-site visits across Attica from €80, data migration and new Mac setup from €100, data recovery from €200 and remote support from €50. You always get a clear estimate before any work begins.
Can you help me remotely if I'm not in Athens?
Yes. Most software issues can be solved over a secure screen-sharing session (from €50), wherever you are in Greece — or anywhere with a decent internet connection.
Where is your workshop located?
In Petroupoli, western Athens — Kritis 4-6, 132 32. We see clients at the lab by appointment (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00) and make on-site visits anywhere in the Attica region.
I'm visiting Athens and my MacBook just died. Can you help quickly?
Call us at +30 694 537 0456. For software issues we can often help the same or next day — remotely or at the lab. For hardware failures we diagnose the problem and refer you to trusted repair partners in Athens.
Do you repair broken screens or batteries?
We're software specialists — troubleshooting, macOS, data migration, recovery and optimization. For hardware repairs (screen, battery, liquid damage) we run the diagnosis ourselves and refer you to vetted partner workshops in Athens and Thessaloniki.
